About me
Hey there, I am Danique
I’ve always found it hard to open up.
When I was 8, I started to stutter. Because of that, I was often bullied at school.
I didn’t talk about how I felt, and I always had the sense that no one truly understood me. I felt alone a lot of the time.
At 16, I hit a breaking point. I no longer wanted to live, and even though I couldn’t follow through on what I was thinking, I still ended up harming myself in another way.
It took me 16 years to realise that I had never really faced what happened back then.
I hadn’t even told anyone about it!
I had been doing well with myself for years, but I found that I couldn’t move forward because I still had a big “secret.” I kept thinking and thinking about it. And when other events in my life went wrong at the same time, I ended up in a burnout. My energy was completely drained.
In 2024, I quit my job as financial controller and started traveling trough Asia.
Bit by bit, my energy came back. I started to see life differently. Everything felt lighter. People seemed happier there. More present, more at peace. It made me question everything. What do we really need to be happy? What is life actually about?
Those questions stayed with me and marked the beginning of a new chapter.
That’s when I knew I wanted to help others too. That’s when I decided to become a life coach.

Danique Mulier
I will never stop dreaming
I find so much joy in the little things, and I want to show you how to notice them too.
In our busy lives, we often forget to slow down. We forget ourselves.
I believe that you are the most important person in your life, and you deserve to do what makes you feel good. Not someone else, you!

What has helped me?

My Faith
God gives me the strength to keep going and trust in His plans for my life.

Coloring
Coloring helps me unwind. I especially enjoy painting by numbers.

Meditation
Meditation helps me take distance from my thoughts and emotions.

Journaling
When I write things down, my mind feels more calm and clear.

Traveling
I learn so much from other cultures and the way people live around the world.
Fun fact

I’m a big anime fan.
I’ve always loved the storylines in anime.
In most fight anime, the main character starts off really weak.
They train hard, push through setbacks, and slowly become stronger.
They lose a lot of battles at first, but in the end they’re powerful enough to win.
That’s how I see life too. It’s about falling, getting back up, and never giving up.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself while trying to be everything for everyone.
But I also know the power of choosing you.
If you’re ready to reconnect with who you are and build a life that actually feels like yours, I’d love to walk that journey with you.
